Eligibility

To use AuronRPeak services you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into legally binding agreements. By enrolling you confirm you meet these criteria.

Clients must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve participation and provide consent where required by local law.

You agree to use services lawfully and not for purposes that violate rights of others, public order, or applicable regulations. Prohibited uses include harassment, fraud, and activities that interfere with the delivery of services.

Availability of some services may be limited by local laws. AuronRPeak does not provide legal or medical advice. If local regulations restrict coaching in your jurisdiction, you must comply with those restrictions.

Account and Access

Access to certain resources, bookings, or client portals may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and selecting secure credentials.

Provide current and accurate information for bookings and communication. Promptly update your contact details to ensure continuity of service and proper handling of requests.

Protect your account credentials. Notify AuronRPeak immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable measures to secure systems but cannot assume responsibility for breaches resulting from user negligence.

Accounts and access rights are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing. Sharing credentials with third parties is discouraged and may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address listed in these terms so we can take steps to secure your data and advise on next actions.

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts that violate terms, for security reasons, or during contribute. Suspension does not remove your responsibility for outstanding payments or obligations.

Coaching Services

AuronRPeak offers one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and digital resources focused on emotional intelligence and confidence skills. Coaching is designed to help clients develop practical awareness, communication, and self-management strategies tailored to individual goals.

We may modify service formats, schedules, or program details. Enrolled clients will be notified of material changes and offered reasonable alternatives or adjustments where applicable.

Session availability depends on coach schedules and booked appointments. We strive to maintain consistent service hours but may adjust availability for holidays, training, or unforeseen events.

Client Conduct

To ensure a productive and respectful coaching environment, clients are expected to follow these rules:

• Respectful communication with coaches and fellow participants; abusive or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and provide timely notice for cancellations per the cancellation policy.
• Engage honestly and in good faith; coaching is most effective when clients participate actively.
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared during group sessions.
• Follow any platform rules for online sessions, including video and audio guidelines.
• Provide truthful information relevant to assessments or progress tracking; falsified information may undermine outcomes.
• Comply with applicable laws and professional standards; do not use services for illegal purposes.

User Content

User content includes messages, feedback, exercises, and materials you submit while participating in coaching or using our site.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By sharing content in interactive sessions or public forum features, you grant AuronRPeak the rights necessary to operate and improve our services.

You grant AuronRPeak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your submitted content for the purpose of delivering services, providing support, and improving offerings.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not share sensitive third-party personal data without consent. AuronRPeak is not liable for user-submitted content that violates third-party rights or laws.

If user content violates these terms or applicable laws, we may remove it. To request removal of your content, contact us with details and we will review the request.

Intellectual Property

All materials, course content, branding, and proprietary tools provided by AuronRPeak are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial coaching purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without written permission.
• Do not remove or alter activity or ownership notices from materials.
• Request written consent for any public use of AuronRPeak intellectual property.

Paid Services and Fees

Some AuronRPeak services require payment, including private coaching sessions, workshops, and premium digital content. Fees are listed on the website or provided in program materials.

Prices are displayed in the booking flow and may include applicable taxes. Promotional pricing is time-limited and applies only to specified services and dates.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges associated with purchases and to provide accurate billing information.

Subscription offerings are billed at the interval shown during sign-up. You may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation terms; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the service, we will review the request and may offer a full or partial refund or credit toward other services depending on circumstances.

To cancel a scheduled session, notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows as described in program-specific policies. For workshops, cancellations within a specified window may be eligible for credit or partial refund.

Clients are responsible for any local taxes applicable to purchases. Where AuronRPeak is required to collect taxes, they will be shown during checkout.

We may update pricing; changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless otherwise communicated. For long-term subscriptions, price adjustments will be communicated with advance notice.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid content and collection procedures for outstanding balances.

Disclaimer

Coaching at AuronRPeak is a professional development service focused on emotional intelligence and confidence-building. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or business advice. Clients should seek licensed professionals for those needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AuronRPeak's liability for direct damages arising from services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the particular service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, and analytics. Use of such services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. AuronRPeak is not responsible for third-party service failures or data breaches.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with any notice periods outlined in program-specific agreements. We may terminate access for violations of these terms or illegal conduct.

Upon termination, you may lose access to client materials and booked sessions. Outstanding fees remain payable. We will advise on transitioning remaining services where feasible.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data to provide coaching and communications, manage bookings, and improve services. Our privacy policy details data categories, purposes, retention, and your rights. Contact details for privacy matters are provided in this document.

Communications and Consent

By providing contact details you consent to receive service-related communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Emergency or highly time-sensitive notifications may be sent by phone or SMS with your prior consent.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Switzerland unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
